Great manager, Hamza, very kind and professional. Fantastic location, away from the busy market but close to a relaxed and less crowded market. Trips can be arranged from the hotel. Despite the cold, they have a pool and a sunny terrace. Close to local shops and street food vendors. Traditional feel and comfortable rooms with nice music playing. Delicious breakfast with variety. Beautiful rooms with great bathrooms. Convenient taxi service. Enjoyable walking tour and trip to the valley. Lovely rooftop and pool. Helpful night manager. Beautiful patio and sun terrace. The hotel's location in a nice quiet neighborhood in the Medina, excellent right in the heart of everything. Cleanliness was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a hotel located in the oldest part of the old town, nestled away in the narrow back alleys. It was a wonderful and calm location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of traditional Moroccan specialties. the hotel provided a great location and top-notch service.

That the hotel could be quite crowded at times, especially if there were young children making noise in the morning. This could disrupt the peaceful atmosphere that some guests were looking for.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent; I couldn't believe how affordable it was. The location within the old medina was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the bustling center. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and air conditioning. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with the most amazing pancakes!
